MAJLIS BACAAN RATIB AL-ATTAS DAN DOA TOLAK BALA BAGI MEMOHON KESEJAHTERAAN PARA PELAJAR KE UK DAN EIRE
Bandar Seri Begawan, 9 September 2021, BruROSA had organized a ceremony of Bacaan Ratib Al-Attas dan Doa Tolak Bala to pray for the well-being of the students who are going to the United Kingdom and Eire via Zoom.
The event starts at 12.45 p.m. until 2 p.m. (UK local time) whereas it starts at 7.45 p.m. until 9 p.m (Brunei local time). The event encouraged the parents and students to attend the ceremony, including the public itself. Also present was the Director of Studies of the Students' Unit, Cikgu Mohammad Danny bin Aimi. As well as the Students' Unit Religious Officials, Ustaz Haji Muhammad Fahmi bin Haji Abas. The ceremony began with a welcoming speech by the President of BruROSA, Fikri Ali. He then led the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, Doa Ratib Al-Attas, Doa Tolak Bala as well as Doa Peliharakan Sultan. After that, the Vice-President of BruROSA, Shahirah Bakar, conducted a sharing session on the benefits of practising the recitation of Ratib Al-Attas. As a servant of Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta 'ala, reciting Ratib Al-attas is one of the many ways to ask forgiveness of sins from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala. Apart from that, the benefits of reciting Ratib Al-Attas are it puts our heart at ease, and we will get blessings from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala in shaa Allah. Afterwards, Cikgu Muhammad Danny bin Aimi gave a welcoming speech and congratulated the new students for getting the scholarship. He also advises the students to always be grateful and diligent in carving their path to success. Last but not least, Fikri had recited the Al-Asr prayer to end the ceremony.
With that, BruROSA would like to thank the parents and students who had come to ensure the event flow smoothly.
